Thankful for Thursdays

Aren't Thursdays great? You are more than half way done with the week and there is a light at the end of that tunnel, a light called Friday ahhh.

I plan on having the site updated with current items sometime next week and I will post here first.

Backorder items will be in end of next week and I will do my best to get them to you as fast as possible along with your t-shirts.

Today I am thankful for frozen cookie dough in my freezer, clean sheets, box wine, pre-purchased tickets to New Moon and dinner out with my family tonight. Life is good.

What are you thankful for today? Let me know and I'll pick a winner!

I am most thankful for the health of my family. But as for little things, I am thankful for crisp cool mornings (as it was SO HOT here last month!), my computer because it allows me an escape each day to chat with my online friends (or imaginary friends as my husband calls them!), and for soccer days....I can't get enough of watching my kids play. :-)

And of course, for awesome designers like you who make our kids look so cute!

Definitely my family. My husband works so hard for us especially during these economic times, and my girls are our joys in life! We are truly blessed!

I'm thankful that everyone's dds look so adorable in happy in their new outfits. Otherwise, I'd be really jealous that we didn't get ours. (ok - It might still be a little painful!)

Also, I'm thankful tomorrow is Friday! Never have woken up on a Friday and thought...ughhh Friday?

Love me some time with the fam!

I am thankful for taking a much needed 3 hour nap with my daughter, that my husband's firm presents for a HUGE project tomorrow and will hopefully mean he still has a job (if they get the project), and the deals I got during Gap's G&G ;).

I am thankful that my lovely daughter Katie can now, at 4 /12 years old, say her name. She said it for the first time on Tuesday, and it has brought me such joy! It sounds so beautiful! She has been in speech therapy since age 3 and was not able to produce the "k" sound. When she would meet people, they could never understand her name the way she pronounced it. She would say to me, "Tell them my name, please Mom." Now, she can say it herself and I am very thankful! She even said to me on Tuesday evening - "I don't need to ask you to tell people my name any more. I can do it myself!" I am truly thankful.

I am thankful for this rainy cold day that gave me the best excuse to put the two year old down for a nap and read every Fancy Nancy book we have to my 4 year old. And, I must add, thankful for the take-out food tonight!

to tell you the truth I am so thankful that my husband is on a plane ride home right now, I am exhausted and its only been a week! It makes me think of others who are in the military also that have been gone for over a year, sometimes multiple times and what their families go through and I am so thankful that they love this country so much that they are willing to give so much!

Here is what I thank God for everyday...

A husband who makes me feel like the most beautiful & loved woman on earth everyday (even during the rough times), 4 amazing kids, our health, & parents who are the best parents/grandparents I could ask for.

Of course I'm thankful for so much more but I won't bore you. ;)

Thank you for posting this! I think it's important to think about all you have to be thankful for...I think we take so many things for granted and need to reflect on all the good in our lives...instead of the negative.

I'm thankful for God, my family, our health, good friends, no hurricanes this year, a good cup of coffee, date night with my husband and that even after we were "done having kids," my husband suggested we adopt, and now instead of 2, we have 4 of the sweetest kids in the world! I am thankful for blessings. :o)

I'm thankful for November, Friday the 13th cause it was the day my grandfather was born. He was my father too, and even though he's in Heaven now, I'm reminded of him every day when I look at the wee redheaded spitfire that dwells in my house. I know she is touched by his love even though he never got to met her.

I am Thankful for Freedom! For those that we do not know their name, but who fight for our way of life! The families who raised them, and those who have sacrificed so much! Thank you!!!

I am most thankful for...
* my family's health. We were all sick this week, and today everyone seems be recuperating!
* my wonderful husband (my college sweetheart). Today we took the kids on a mini tour of where Mommy and Daddy first met--UC Irvine! The kids want to go there when they go to college. They are currently 4 and 6 LOL.
* my 2 lovely girls, the love of my life. They constantly crack me up.

Great post, Amy! Thanks for giving us a chance to pause and reflect on the important things in life.

I am thankful for my 3 beautiful kids, my hardworking and wonderful husband and for my Nikon that captures our moments FOREVER.

As for the little things I am so grateful I get to buy the things I want to (usually kids clothes) and do fun things together with my family.

Gosh I am lucky!

On this cold November night I am thankful for the thoughts of young seedlings, swaying hammocks, sandboxes, chalk-covered sidewalks, waterfights, star-filled August skies above the prairie, and the smell of fresh-turned earth in my mother's garden.

I am thankful for JOB SECURITY- which allows me to support my LMN clothing habit! Even if it means I am "on call" 6 out of 7 days in a row this week and weekend! Loving the beautiful things I have received and cannot wait for the backordered dresses.

I'm thankful of course for the big things....my awesome hubby of 10 years, my two miracle children, a loving extended family & friends....but I'm also thankful for the little things that don't seem like anything important to anyone else.... like little notes from my hubby & when he gets out my vitamins for me at night and leaves them on the counter for me before I go to bed. (ok, I sound like an old lady, but it's just those little details that make me smile!) And I'm definitely with you Amy in that I'm thankful I pre-purchased our New Moon tix! Looking forward to a fun late-night date night just me and the hubby!!! :)
